Services

Our main service takes place at 10:00am each Sunday.

Most weeks we have a traditional Methodist service with a monthly Communion Service in which all are welcome to participate.

First Sunday of the Month
10am Alternates between Cafe Worship and ‘Something Different Sunday’:

Cafe Worship includes breakfast served in the church from 9:30am, with informal discussion in place of a formal sermon.

‘Something Different Sunday’ may include a visiting speaker, alternative communion or other expressions of worship.

7pm ‘Fusebox’

An ecumenical contemporary worship service with a worship band, prayers and informal discussion on a theme.

Third Sunday of the month

3pm Afternoon tea service

Tea and cake are served at 3pm followed by a short service of hymns, prayers and reflection at 4pm.

All services are accompanied by our resident musicians including keyboard and guitars or a praise band.

Informal fellowship continues after services with refreshments served in the Wesley Rooms.

We are also members of Churches Together in Stroud, taking part in regular events and services across the district.

29th November 2026 10am Advent Service – Lighting of the first candle on the advent ring

29th November 2026 6:30pm Drama at Holy Trinity Church (near the hospital)

6th December 2026 10am Cafe and gift service (gifts for women’s refuge), followed by Quiz and shared lunch.
